Who We Are

United States Rwandan Community Abroad (USRCA) is a non-political 501(c)(3) organization with the mission to mobilize all Rwandans in the United States in an environment that favors harmonious collaboration, solidarity, and tolerance in order to form a synergy that encourages members to contribute to the development of their motherland, Rwanda. USRCA seeks to benefit all members in the areas of socio-economics and culture in both the United States and Rwanda. The USRCA is an umbrella organization of organized Rwandan Community Associations in various cities and states within the United States.

Vision

The US Rwandan Diaspora seeks to create a forum through which members can approach and discuss common issues, aspirations and solutions for the advancement of the member's interests, and that of our communities/motherland. USRD Members have formed a healthy, united and coordinated communities that cares for the well-being of its members. They have built a strong network that contributes to the socio-economic development of Rwanda.

Mission

The USRCA has a mission to empower Rwandans in United States to collectively improve their socio-economic welfare and contribute to the sustainable development of our motherland, Rwanda.
